BBFRY(BBF-L30A) Leasing Agreement – Terms of Use and Important Information
This Leasing Agreement (“Agreement”) becomes effective as of [Effective Date], established between [Company Name], referred to as the “Company,” and the undersigned individual identified as the “Customer.” Together, they form the “Parties.”

Purpose of Agreement:
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the leasing arrangement between the Company and the Customer for the usage of cutting-edge BBFRY equipment.
1. Term of Contract:
The contractual period will persist until proper cancellation procedures are executed.
2. Payment Due Date:
Invoices are to be settled by the last day of each month.
3. Contract Period:
The contract remains in effect until the prescribed cancellation procedure is completed.
4. Contract Renewal:
Automatic monthly renewal after the initial 12-month period, unless proper cancellation procedures are conducted.
5. Monthly Charges:
● Monthly Rental fee: $100 + Sales Tax
$100.00 x 1 units + 10.25 % = $ 110.25 ___
● Initial administrative fee: An additional charge of $100 (plus consumption tax separately) $100.00 x 1 units + 10.25 % = $ 110.25 ____
● Contract termination fee: $100 (applies only for cancellations within the first 12 months of usage)
6. Payment Method and Due Date:
6.1 The service usage fee will be invoiced by BBFRY Global, LLC, an authorized service company, or distributors authorized by BBFRY Global, LLC.
6.2 Acceptable Payment Methods:
(i) Bank Account Transfer: Payment is due on the 27th of each month (or the next business day if the 27th falls on a weekend or holiday).
(ii) Credit Card: Payment date varies based on the credit card company’s billing cycle. (iii) Mail the check based on the invoice.
6.3 Alternative Payment Methods:
Additional fees may apply for methods other than specified.
6.4 Incomplete Procedures:
Incomplete bank or credit card procedures may result in combining initial billing with the next month’s billing.
7. Changes to Payment Methods:
7.1 Request for Payment Method Changes:
In the event of changes to your preferred payment method, please contact the respective department at BBFRY Global, LLC.
7.2 Processing Time for Changes:
Changing payment methods may result in combined billing for the month following the change.
8. Cancellation Procedures:
8.1 Cancellation by Returning Equipment:
Cancellation of the agreement can be initiated by returning the BBFRY main unit. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the month when the return is confirmed.
8.2 Additional Charges for Damaged or Malfunctioning BBFRY:
If the BBFRY equipment is returned in a damaged or non-functioning state, additional charges may apply. These charges aim to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
9. Handling of Contract Renewal
9.1 Minimum Contract Period:
Minimum 12 months from the month of commencement.
9.2 Automatic Renewal:
After the initial 12-month period, the contract will be automatically renewed each month until the prescribed cancellation procedure is completed.
9.3 Right to Cancel for Breach of Terms:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract in the event of a breach of the Terms of Service, such as failure to confirm payment of the usage fee.
9.4 Termination Procedure:
In case of contract cancellation, the customer is required to promptly return the product, simultaneously settling all unpaid fees and any other outstanding financial obligations.
9.5 Consequences of Non-payment:
Failure to pay all unpaid charges and fulfill financial obligations will result in various fees and late charges.
10. Unreturned Equipment Penalty
In the event of loss or inability to return the BBFRY equipment, an unreturned equipment penalty will be charged per unit as follows (tax-exempt):
BBF-L30A Usage Period:
1 month to 12 months: $200/month x 20 months
13 months to 24 months: $200/month x 10 months
25 months onwards: $200/month x 6 months
The contract will continue with the provision of a replacement unit.
11. Loss of BBFRY
A payment of $2,000 per unit will be required in case of BBFRY loss and cancel.
12. Use and Storage of the Product
12.1 Damage, Breakage, or Loss:
If the product is damaged, broken, or lost for reasons not attributable to the customer’s responsibility during the usage period, a prompt replacement will be provided.
12.2 Change of Usage Address:
If you plan to use BBFRY at an address other than the installation address provided in the contract, please contact the authorized distributor.
12.3 Prohibition on Lending:
Lending the BBFRY main unit to a third party is strictly prohibited.
13. Handling of Personal Information
13.1 Purpose of Personal Information Usage:
Specific purposes outlined for personal information use, including contract fulfillment, credit assessment and management, post-contract management, and marketing activities.
13.2 Credit Assessment and Management
To assess creditworthiness and effectively manage transactions with the contract holder, which includes rental contracts.
13.3. Post-Contract Management:
Even after the termination of the contract, the provided personal information will be used for managing inquiries and necessary matters in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
13.4 Marketing Activities:
The information may also be utilized for marketing activities, product development, and providing information about products and services.
Note: The customer’s personal information will be handled with utmost confidentiality and used for specific purposes outlined in this agreement, including contract fulfillment, post-contract management, and marketing activities.
14. Dispute Resolution Regarding This Contract
In the event of any disputes arising from this contract, both parties mutually agree that the jurisdiction for resolution shall rest with the court situated at the address of BBFRY Global, LLC.
In case of disputes, both parties consent to either jurisdiction or arbitration, with each party assuming responsibility for their respective legal costs.
